8 DB Cleans
10 DB FR Lunges
8 Burpee Over DB
AT HOME KIT:
Scale the weight in the lunges or go body weight lunges.
Use 2 DB/KB if you have it, if not use 1 weight of any kind and go 4 cleans left arm + 4 cleans right arm and always alternate legs for the lunges.
This should be on the faster side of pacing and we want those burpees to be quick!
