120 double unders
 
80 dumbbell snatch (50lbs/35lbs) 
 
40 burpees over the dumbbell 
 
20 strict handstand push-ups 
 
SCALED
 
240 single unders
 
80 dumbbell snatch (35lbs/20lbs)
 
40 burpees over the dumbbell
 
20 kipping handstand push-ups OR hand release push-ups
