Coaches Tip
EMOM stands for Every Minute On The Minute. For 20 Minutes, alternate between these two tasks. If the task takes you 30 seconds, then you can rest until the next minute begin. If it is taking you more than 45 seconds to complete the task, then scale the number of reps of each movement down accordingly.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- DUMBBELL

MINUTE ONE: 10 Dumbell Snatch + 10 Burpee Plate Hops
MINUTE TWO: 10 Dumbell Hang Clean & Jerks + 10 Press Ups
