Coaches Tip

Come workout with me as I take you through a FIIT full body push and pull session! Grab a pair of heavy and medium dumbbells. I'm using 22kgs and 10kgs. Start with raw, high quality strength moves that set you up for the challenge phases. Then pump hard and get your heart rate in the zone as you increase your rep count. This is strength training at its best!
